Nothing could be simpler. Just set the unit to
dose Chlorine and Acid at pre-set rates to maintain the level in the
pool.
Check your pool regularly with a test kit, and adjust the dose-rate
accordingly. |

Alternative to Salt Chlorinator |
The easyCHEM 400 is an excellent alternative to salt
chlorinators. It adds the same amount of Chlorine every day, depending on
the number of hours for which the pool pump operates.
Unlike salt chlorinators, the easyCHEM has much more
capacity to add more Chlorine during sustained hot weather or with higher
bather loads. Your family's health is our priority.
The easyCHEM 400 is virtually maintenance free. There are
no expensive electrodes to clean or replace.
And of course, there's no salt ! So your pool will be as
fresh as a mountain lake. |
Inbuilt Peristaltic Dosing Pump |
Peristaltic pumps are far more reliable than solenoid valves. If a valve
on the suction side of a pump leaks when it supposed to be closed, that
whole drum of chemical will be dosed into the pool.
Peristaltic pump have positive displacement, so injection can occur in
the return line, after the filter and any heating equipment.
The benefit of peristaltic pumps is therefore higher reliability and
longer life for other pool equipment.

Easy-to-install injection tee |
| The chemical
injection assembly is made from a standard 50mm PVC Tee. Reduction bushes
are supplied in the kit for 40mm pipe installations. |
The installer saves time and money by fitting a
standard plumbing tee piece. No special tools or drilling etc
are required. |
Fully waterproof enclosure. |
| The easyCHEM 400 enclosure is waterproof to
IP65 (hose-proof). |
The easyCHEM 400 is suitable for outdoor use,
however a separate shelter is desirable.
The superior design of the 24VDC pumps means the
entire unit runs cooler than other brands which use 240V AC pumps.

LED display |
The bright LED displays have big 12.7mm digits.
Set the displays from 1 to 99 to fine-tune the dose rates to your exact
requirements.
Set the display to "00" to turn dosing off.
Set the display the "On" for continuous dosing, such as
super-chlorination. |

Rate
The easyCHEM 400 has three dose
rate settings (normally pre-set in the factory). There is a choice of 2
sizes of pump squeeze tube, which changes the flow rate. There are also 2
motor speeds available.
These combinations are set
up in the factory according to the customer's requirements prior to
despatch. The dose rate setting and tube size can easily be changed in the
field.
