The XAUSB USB Serial to USB Adaptor allows TPS
instruments with Serial (RS232) interfaces to be connected to a USB port
on a Windows or iMac computer. The XAUSB is the ideal solution for
Laptop or Notebook computers, which are often supplied without a
serial port.
Once the XAUSB has been connected and the driver
has been correctly installed, the computer will appear to have an extra
COM port. Communication software, such as WinTPS,
can then connect to your TPS instrument via this new COM port. |
